I cooked with my solar oven every sunny day for one year, and still continue to use it. Solar cooking is easy, fun and economical, it also makes some very tasty food! It is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. Feel free to browse around, and use the labels to search for the different types of food cooked.
This looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that I found your blog. I started solar cooking a little while ago and I often find myself short on ideas when the sun is getting high. Rice pudding was a definite success, especially according to my son. Plain old potatoes come in handy and I get to decide what to do with them after the fact. I plan to read all your posts tonight :)
ReplyDeleteI am in Africa and I am using a very simple cooker. Just a parabolic design with black painted jars for cooking in.
It looks rather watery. Do you think if you just added the curry paste without water that the chicken and onions would have released enough juices to make a thicker sauce?
