Put the turkey, unstuffed, in the Sun Oven at 9:15 a.m. The sky is clear with no sign of clouds. Keeping my fingers crossed. Updates to follow.

Hadn't checked in for a while,and thought about T'giving Turkey, and you've done it. Wow. I've done my share of chickens, but a turkey seemed tough with a limited sun. Kudos.
